How do I buy credits?

Go to the Credits page, select a credit package, and click Buy Now. You'll be redirected to our secure HDFC SmartGateway payment gateway where you can pay using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet. Credits are added to your account instantly upon successful payment.

My payment was deducted but credits weren't added

This can happen due to a temporary delay in payment confirmation. Please wait up to 15 minutes. If credits still haven't appeared, contact us at support@famtubex.com with your transaction ID (visible in your Wallet page) and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods through HDFC SmartGateway: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.).

How do I get a refund?

If you were charged incorrectly or credits weren't delivered, email support@famtubex.com with your transaction ID and reason. Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through HDFC SmartGateway, which is RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials on our servers.

How do I start a voice or video call?

Open a chat with someone, then tap the Call button at the top. You can choose between a voice call (20 credits/min) or a video call (200 credits for 10 min). Make sure you have enough credits before starting a call.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings (tap Profile icon), scroll down to "Data & Privacy", and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently anonymize all your personal data. This action cannot be undone.

I'm not receiving notifications

Make sure you've allowed notifications in your browser settings. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Browser > Notifications and enable them. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Safari.

How old do I need to be to use FamTubeX?

You must be 18 years or older to use FamTubeX. We verify age during registration and enforce this through our Terms of Service. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.

FamTubeX is intended exclusively for adults (18+). If you share a device with a minor or want to prevent access entirely, we strongly recommend using one or more of the following parental control tools:

How do I report someone?

If someone is behaving inappropriately, you can report them by emailing support@famtubex.com with the user's name and details of the issue. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
